Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using DEADSTOP, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Not medical or fitness advice

DEADSTOP is a personal training log. It does not provide medical, fitness, or coaching advice. Any workout plans, weights, or programs you enter are your own choices. Consult a qualified health or fitness professional before starting or changing a training program.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for performing exercises safely. Workouts imported from Apple Health or Health Connect are shown as recorded by your watch or the app that wrote them; their distance, heart rate, calories and route are theirs, not ours, and may be inaccurate. Almstedt Studio is not liable for any injury or harm resulting from your use of the app.

Accounts

You can use DEADSTOP without signing in. Training logged that way is tied to this installation of the app and cannot be recovered if the app is removed before you sign in. Signing in with email, Apple or Google keeps your training available on every device you sign in on. You are responsible for keeping access to the account you sign in with.

DEADSTOP Pro

DEADSTOP Pro unlocks additional features. It is available as a monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may vary by country.

Free trial. Pro is free for 14 days, starting when you complete your first session. No payment details are needed and nothing is charged; when the trial ends, the Pro features lock again and everything you have logged stays.

Subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. A subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and the renewal is charged within the 24 hours before that period ends. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings, or from Settings in the app. Cancelling stops future renewals; Pro stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription.

Lifetime. A one-time purchase that unlocks Pro with no renewals.

Purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their own terms, and can be restored on a new device with Restore purchases. Refunds are governed by the applicable store's policy.

Intellectual property

The DEADSTOP app, its name, its design, and all associated materials are owned by Almstedt Studio. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the app except as permitted by law.

Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may discontinue the app, or specific features, at any time.

Disclaimer

DEADSTOP is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Almstedt Studio disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Sweden.
