Peptide calculator
Reconstitution maths for vials you mix yourself, IU substances and pre-mixed solutions. It runs in your browser — nothing you type is sent anywhere.
Total peptide in the vial, printed on the label — e.g. a 10 mg vial. Enter the number in mg.
Bacteriostatic water you mix into the vial. More water = lower concentration and an easier volume to measure for small doses.
How much peptide per injection. 1 mg = 1000 mcg — type in either box and the other fills in automatically.
- Vial size in mg
- BAC water in ml
- Enter your dose in mg or mcg — both fields sync automatically
Total IU in the vial, printed on the label — e.g. a 12 IU HGH vial or 5000 IU of HCG. HGH labeled in mg: somatropin is 3 IU per mg, so a 4 mg vial is 12 IU.
Bacteriostatic water you mix into the vial. More water = lower concentration and an easier volume to measure for small doses.
How much per injection, in IU — e.g. 2 IU of HGH or 500 IU of HCG.
- Vial size in IU — HGH, HCG, EPO, insulin: anything dosed in international units
- BAC water in ml
- Enter your dose per injection in IU
Your total prescribed dose per week — e.g. 250 mg/week of Testosterone Enanthate.
Concentration printed on the vial — e.g. 200 mg/ml.
How often you inject. Every 3 days is common for enanthate to keep levels steady.
- Enter the weekly dose your protocol calls for, in mg
- Enter the vial strength printed on the label, in mg/ml
- Pick how often you inject — each shot is the weekly dose split across the week
Insulin syringes come in 30U (0.3 ml), 50U (0.5 ml) and 100U (1 ml). Every size is U-100, so the units you draw are the same — the size only sets how much fits.

For information only — not medical advice. The calculator does arithmetic on the numbers you enter and cannot check them. Double-check every figure against your vial label, and talk to a licensed healthcare professional before starting or changing anything you inject.
